Atlas are going to Rule 0.0 with our Invincable Cap Fleet now! The Halo Implants Angels Drop means enemy Nags and Phoenix will do virtually No damage! muhahahaha!

Just do this.
Motherships Get Dread Jump range. Motherships get 20 Drones at Lvl 5 carrier. Citadel torps AND Cruise get 1500 Explosion Radius, Torps (and compact get roughly 60ms explo velocity). Motherships get a EHP buff. Fighter Bombers (with 20 fighter bombers and lvl 5 fighter bomber) do roughly 8000 dps+ Motherships cant dock Motherships dont get build costs reduced Motherships lose triage and clone vat to balance the increased damage.
Titans Get 5minute DD timer. Titans get the same damage as 2-3 Dreads (8-12k dps) with lvl 5 Titan.
Naglfars dont get a split weapon bonus (the dread with 4! weapons should be doing the most damage. Currently the Nags artys with EMP (20 shots) has to reload every 5 mins, which is sooner than every other dread and it requires carrying more ammo types).
Phoenix should get a 5% ROF damage bonus and a 5% bonus to ALL missile damage types. Cit Cruise and torps should have 1500m explo raduis, being make smaller with skills for the cruise so they are effective against large pos mods and small pos. Right now Turret ships can still hit medium and small pos mods for massive damage while missile dreads FAIL extremely FAIL at this.
Do this and ALL problems will go away. Everything will be good. Harmony will spread out among the player base.
This is TESTED BY THE PLAYERBASE and everyone was in agreement. Only your shortsighted Egomania felt that Capships being used aggressively was a bad idea.
Also- I think you are out of line starting your post with a 'Lets see' as if the players are all idiots and have missed something.
You CANNOT impliment ANY of these Titan changes if you are going to leave motherships as they are. You have also forgotten to do any work on Triage- It was said originally that Triage duration would be cut to 5mins and strontium consumption would be reduced.
Why you feel Torpedos need something so bizarre as a 3000+ explo radius ive no clue, you are terrible for causing more problems with your problem ideas.

about the 1500 torp explo radius, i agree it should be 1000m but i jsut dont have any believe that ccp will do this. trying to go for some kind of compromise. I think the Phoenix should get a 5% all damage time bonus though to compensate some. |

GAH Carrier blobs are able to Remote Rep together. all this is totally nonsense. GAH GAH GAH You wanted Motherships to be Capital Killers then you dont? Whats going on? You wanted Titans to be on the Battlefields for extended periods of time then you dont?
What about what the playerbase wants? The playerbase wants the original plans for the Titan and Supercarriers and NO ONE wants the nerfs to the nag and Phoenix torps.
Explain how its logical now to release Titans with their boosts and allow Supercarriers to go unboosted in the same patch? |

CURRENTLY on SISI Motherships STILL retain the HP BUFF and INCREASE JUMP RANGE. They Currenly have the OLD STYLE Bonuses (vat bay, triage, gang mods, remote rep bonus hel).
When you say you wont be doing ANY changes to motherships do you mean you wont be changing the bonuses but the Ships will still retain the Jump range and HP buff?
Please Confirm this? Please Clarify the poorly presented info in the blog. |

Ok checked out the changes on Sisi- From what ive heard the fighter bombers still need target painting to do damage. The Phoenix still sufferes massively with the explo radius of cruise and torps requiring target painting.......... The nag is still nerfed to the stoneage. The titan is still ineffective other than to jump bridge. |

There will be no fighter bombers dude. They said they are reverting all the changes, at the moment motherships on SiSi are the same from TQ just with buffed HPs and jump range.
Someone Posted that they had 20 fighters usable and 15 bombers useable? are you saying this isnt the case? I cant test myself as my mothership pilot is banned on sisi...
Ive just about lost sight about what all this crazyness is about, I have to go back to the start to remind myself that im not just some whiner upset about his new mothership getting spoilt.
Come- lets go back to the beginning.
So here I am, I have a bunch of money. I think well I can start heading down the path of Titan I guess- motherships are so useless that i wont bother with those. So i start selling my crap etc. Kraken is pretty good in carriers right now with skills and my alt is getting ever closer to titan skills, wouldnt be the best titan but getting closer. My isk is some distance from a titan though.
I hear about these changes- Wham! Fighter bombers? 9k dps? HP boost? ooooh! So i think ok- No titan, ill get a mothership for kraken, hm what do i need for this, ill need an alt to baby sit the ship so i get one on another account thats just about ready to fly it now (needs the carrier skill book which ive been - understandably holding off buying...)...
So Right now Im under the impression- as there is an ACTUAL DEV BLOG WITH PICTURES AND EVERYTHING that there will be bombers, and the ship is an anti capital ship and x/y/z...
So i get the ship building, get a load of pimp mods etc for it. Then after all the testing and not only me but MANY MANY in my alliance building these ships we suddenly hear and notice -
why do the supercarriers only get 1 fighter per level? is it a bug? did the do something wrong and mix up carrier stats into them?
Silence then, how long was it for again?
then OMGWTFPWN happened. You planned to reduce the build price. so wait- all those people cooking these ships- instanly lose 10billion? what sort of terrible planning was that? seriously? Did you not think people would be so mad?
Then OMGWTFPWN mk2 happened. You planned to let them dock- right after you mentioned that stations WOULD be tied into holding Sov (even after you said they wouldnt be originally) so this ment that EPIC ON A SCALE NEVER BEFORE SEEN docking games would take place. Again what did you think the player base would say about this?
Ok. So what do we have now? we have people who had been spending 16B on these ships being told-
You get 10 fighters like carriers, you can dock and your ship lost 10b in value.
Then you backpedled away from this. You said Oh wait! you can have 15 drones, arnt you lucky! well 15 drones if you use drone control units LOL ok- FINE DAMN WHY DO YOU WHINE SO MUCH, 15 drones base and 20 with drone control units. Wowee! 16b tier 2 carriers able to use 5 extra drones from regular carriers! wowee! You then made the fighterbombers prettttttttty useless. you suggested 3600 explosion radius? You stupid? You then realised yes you were stupid, reduced it to 3200. At 3200 its still stupid. it needs to be 1500 or less.
Then you went on a rampage. You made it seem like the playerbase was ungreatful for these changes you were offering.
You should have kept the original idea Many people said that having 15 fighterbombers but 20 drones was fine, just balance the damage of the 15 bombers to do at least 2 dreads worth of damage WITHOUT needing 3 target painters.
So When I realise this, Im reminded that the players have done nothing wrong at all and their 'whines' are more than justified. |

what CCP say or what they dont Say and What happens are several different things.
This Dev blog is a load of nonsense. I expect some mothership change will occur based on the games membership forcing it through. The HP buff and Jump range going through is a Change. These will happen even though the Blog says otherwise.
If they dont happen- Simply- people will leave the game and attention would be brought to CCP from outside the game and a lot of negative press would arrive.
The last few blogs and Dev responses have all been a load of nonsense and changes completely different to what they have writen have come about. The original blog - Trashed.
The post about the 10 fighters? Trashed. The post about the 6B build cost? Trashed. The Post about bombers with 3600 explo radius? Trashed. The post about bombers with 3200 Explo radius? Trashed. The Post about 15 drones? Trashed. The Post about Super Carriers docking? Trashed.
I dont believe what I read from CCP anymore. They will impliment changes to supercarriers/motherships in this dominion patch because logic says so and the playerbase says so. the TQ version of Motherships is not compatable with the Sisi Version of Titans. |

Read. Reducing the price is unacceptable. Simple as that. This ship should not be More accessable. It completely screws over current builders and owners and BPO owners. Its completely terrible thinking.
The proposed bombers- they came at a price, a stupid price. The price of losing 20 fighters. Reducing drone usage down to 10 or 15 on all drones was what was proposed. What the hell? People said ok- use 20 fighters/drones and set it so they can only use 15 bombers. CCP did not do this at any point. All drones were restricted to 10/15. losing 5/10 drones from current motherships use is unacceptable.
The proposed bombers were completely useless. No there are not! yes they are. It worked out that sodding 20 fighters did more damage that the origianlly proposed 3600 explo radius bombers on dreads or moving carriers. Needing to target paint and web your targets- especially when your targets cant be webbed (supercaps) or target painted (supercaps/sieged/triaged caps) is just ******ed. Might as well use fighters.
Graphs saying but if you could use 2 webs and 3 target painters and 5 drone control units everything would be fine is just FACEPALM SPECTACULAR.
The suggestions given to us were just terrible in their given ways. The playerbase SCREAMED ideas to fix the caps, the player base said DONT REDUCE COST, the player base said DONT LET THEM DOCK, the player base said THEY NEED 20 FIGHERS, the player base said RESTRICT BOMBERS to 15 if needed.
Right now- this is what is on sisi. The sisi version is getting something like it should be. Whats needed now are for the bombers to do roughly 2 dreads worth of damage- somewhere from 6000 to 8000 dps with bombers on DREADNAUGHTS without needing any target painters or webbers on those dreads in or out of siege.
From there take off triage and clone vat bays and the jobs a good un. These ships will be balanced, used, require carrier and supports to help protect them, will do damage reasonable to their cost, will provoke a fight having them used on the field, will see systems without sov 4 with CSAAs get more hostile attention.
This is good. Docking 6b EHP monsters with 10 bombers which only damage non-moving carriers is not good. The community should be proud they got these terrible suggestions stopped. The original design worked, was Dev suggested, player supported, CCP have only their own selves to blame for U-turning on them and creating havoc with such terrible 'new' or 'totally bizarre no role made up no brain' ideas which crap on the eve 0.0 playerbase.
When you have Alliance LEADERS from the top 10 0.0 alliances in numbers (thats about 60k members or something?) saying the changes are bad, they speak for 99% of their membership. The other 1% of their members are idiots who post with noobcorp alts who want a cheap 6b ****** ship and have no reguard for the Massive losses their exsisting pilots and super cap producers would suffer isk wise.

The Decisions for this will now have been made, its past the point of being able to do anything about it in terms of implimentation in this patch. Might as well just wait and see if they get HP and jump range buff or if there really are no changes dispite titans being changed.
Maybe its a suprise is why they wont tell us- like suprise sex. |

Because it is worthless now- they have no use. If it gets fixed later it might become valuable, but if the Devs have anything to do with it they will keep them useless.
